We're a family owned travel company, established by the founders of Sail Croatia.

We've successfully operated tours throughout the Mediterranean since 2005, so it made sense to channel our knowledge, experience and passion for travel into the Island Hopping brand!

With each and every tour we run, we aim to highlight the authentic, unique and local side of the islands we visit, all whilst creating memorable experiences with like-minded travellers from across the globe!
